The hotel was super clean, with spacious rooms perfect for our large family. We took a break in Bonn and enjoyed the mini-golf at Reinaue Leisure Park, which was a hit with the kids and teens alike. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options!

My kids wished for a small kitchenette to prepare snacks. It would help families like ours keep the little ones happy between outings.

Room cleaning was less than ideal, with noticeable dust and a dirty armchair. Temperature control in the room was also a challenge, leaving it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, navigating the public-transport ticket system felt cumbersome as it required creating an account, which was a hassle for quick trips. Security concerns arose during a wake-up call from a strange incident when someone unlocked my door without permission, leaving me feeling uneasy about safety.
